The City of Bostwick will host the Cotton Gin Festival for Saturday, October 22, 2022 with the parade at 11:00

All proceeds from the Cotton Gin Festival go toward the up keep of the Susie Agnes Hotel and other city improvements as needed. The hotel has now been completely renovated with the first floor serving as city hall and a community center. Rooms upstairs were renovated for office rental.
We currently have three offices rented. (For more information about rental options please contact us via email or phone call.) Hope to see you at the race, the festival or both! Thanks.
Arts and Crafts/Food Vendors
Guidelines must be followed and booth site presentation is important for consideration. The deadline for entry is October 1st.
The art and craft vendor fee is $100.00 per given allotted space. The food vendor fee is $200.00
Eligible Exhibit Items
Vendors must exhibit original, creative, handmade, quality arts and crafts.
The total booth size for exhibitors is 12’ x 12’. Tents are required and must be stabilized.
Display items are not supplied by the festival except for food vendors.
The food booth/location will vary depending on the setup. The festival committee has the right to decline vendors if not within guidelines established in the application.
Please park in designated areas for safety. The parking fee is $5.00 per car. Hayrides are available from the parking field to the festival. We ask that you do not park in areas roped off as it may interfere with festival operations. Violators will be held responsible for accidents or towing. Please be prepared to park in a field as you are coming to the country! Handicap accessibility via bus. The parking fee is $5 per vehicle.
